This hotel is in a good location for people looking to travel outside of Naha, with quick access to the Okinawa Expressway. However, that's about the only positive thing I found about it. I chose this hotel because I wanted a kitchen, which it had. But the kitchen didn't have any cookware, serveware, or even cleaning supplies. The stove requires special cookware to use it, which I was not about to go out and I buy. I didn't find out out about this until after I booked it and received an email the day before my check in informing me the kitchen didn't come with anything. To get replacement towels you have to go down to the front desk to exchange your used ones and the desk is only staffed in the afternoon and evening. Had I known this things before booking, I would have looked for another hotel.

この値段で洗濯機、冷蔵庫、IH、電子レンジ、机などが全て揃っていてとても充実していました。一人暮らしをしている気分になりました。ウーバーできる近隣の店舗もかなりあったので連泊の方にはおすすめです。値段も加味して大満足でした。

連泊をしました。チェックインの時のスタッフさんの対応はとても良く、お部屋に入ってからわからなかったことがあったので、スタッフさんに尋ねたところ、お部屋まで来ていただき親切に教えてくださいました。お部屋もトイレ、シャワー室、キッチンもとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。目の前にあるコンビニも歩いて利用でき便利でした。 　 不便だったことは、新しいタオル等の受け取り時間が決められていました。確かチェックイン時の１５時から２０時ごろまでで、その後はスタッフの方もいらっしゃらずフロントは薄暗かったです。 滞在中は朝早くに出かけて、夜遅くに戻ることが多かってので、同じタオルを使うこともありました。一度フロントへ電話をかけて、遅くに帰宅するために、部屋の前にタオルの予備を持って行ってくださいとお願いしたところ、今回だけはと話してくださり、きちんと袋に入れてドアノブにかけてくださいました。夜遅く帰宅のお客さんのためにいつでも受け取り可能のタオルやアメニティーなどのコーナーがあればいいと思いました。 あと気づいた点ですが、同じ階の客室の玄関前に使用したタオルが重ねられて出されていて、通るたびに不愉快な思いをしました。使用済みのタオルはフロントにタオル回収カゴが設置しているにも関わらず、日を追うごとに使用済みのタオルが増えているようでした。 階ごとにある共有ゴミ捨て場もいっぱいで、綺麗なホテルの建物も残念に思えました。スタッフの方は一日一回各階層を周り確認した方が良いと思います。 また機会がありましたら、利用したいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。
