First floor: bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (1 separable double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom, separate toilet.
Second floor: bedroom (2 single beds), large bedroom (4 single beds). Baby kit (cot, high chair, changing table, baby bouncer, bathtub, and potty).
Central heating. Ping-pong table.
4,000 m² enclosed wooded park with enclosed pond.
Free charging station for electric vehicles (Green up).
The cottage can be rented for 6 people at €635 per week and €385 per weekend. Located in the city center, close to L'Aigle train station and bus stops, this mansion boasts a beautiful park, secluded from the city life below, with two-hundred-year-old cedar trees. Don't miss the large Tuesday morning market!
