Entire Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen!

The apartment, located in Via Francesco Paolo Tosti, 36 - 67100 L'Aquila (AQ), welcomes guests with an independent entrance and private parking, thus offering a perfect balance between comfort and privacy.

Inside, the welcoming environment consists of:

- Two bedrooms, designed for a pleasant rest.
- Two bathrooms, which ensure practicality and comfort.
- A kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to delight the palate.
- A living room, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality.

The bedrooms are divided into two variants: a double, adorned with a warm French bed, complete with TV and a practical wastebasket, and a double, with two soft single beds, also equipped with TV, wastebasket and a desk decorated with an hourglass. The bathrooms, both well-equipped with bidet, shower and hairdryer, offer a private refuge accessible from the double bedroom via a comfortable staircase of three steps illuminated by a sensor lamp; the second, shared and located near the double room, is equipped with a washing machine. Upon request, guests can have an iron, ironing board and drying rack, while as a sign of hospitality they will receive soap, shower gel and toilet paper.

The kitchen, warm and well-equipped, includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer and an espresso machine, enriched by a moka for those who prefer traditional coffee. As a sign of welcome, you will find delicious coffee pods, ready to be savored.

Upon check-in, each guest will receive a set of three towels - one large, one medium and one for the hands - accompanied by a shower mat. It is always possible to request a change of towels and/or the mat starting from the third day after the last change. We kindly ask you to place towels and mats in separate bags during the change. - Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment, to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment.
- We ask you not to organize parties or events, to preserve serenity and mutual respect.
- Access is expressly reserved for registered guests, to ensure safety and privacy.

For bicycle lovers, we recommend parking them outside the apartment, with the possibility of attaching them to the railing in front of the entrance using personal padlocks. Animals are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding!
