Das Haus liegt in einer sehr exklusiven Lage. Zu Fuß ist der kleine Ort, in dem es auch Restaurants gibt, gut zu erreichen. Des Weiteren fährt man nur 5 Minuten bis zum großen Supermarkt. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten ausreichend Platz, in dem sehr schönen, komfortablen Haus. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin uns in allem sehr entgegengekommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft vollends weiterempfehlen.

Excelentes vacaciones

La casa es espectacular. Muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Siempre hay plazas de parking delante de la casa y el metro está a 2 min. a pie. La limpieza es inmejorable y Maricruz estubo siempre atenta a nuestras demandas debido a algunos imprevistos totalmente ajenos a ella. La piscina es perfecta para una grupo familiar y el jardin es fantastico. Pasamos unos dias de descanso inolvidables. El único problema es la falta de aire acondicionado. El tamaño de la casa hace difícil la instalación de un sistema eficiente pero en periodos caniculares como el que nos toco pasar, es un problema. Ciertos equipamientos necesitan una renovación, como las persianas, tan necesarias para conservar la casa fresca. En general, nuestra valoración es muy positiva y no dudaremos en repetir en cuanto el problema del aire acondicionado esté resuelto. Muchísimas gracias por tu atención y tu gran profesionalidad, Maricruz. Un saludo.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben die Zeit unglaublich genossen! Das Haus ist großzügig gebaut und sehr individuell und exzellent ausgestattet. Zu sechst hatten wir viel Platz innen und außen, wo es jeweils mehrere Sitzecken gibt. Die Palmen und der Pool sind ein Traum und verleihen dem Garten ein besonderes Flair. Wir fanden auch positiv, dass der Garten völlig abgeschirmt, also weder von der Straße noch von der Nachbarschaft einsehbar ist. Die Vermieterin Maricruz und ihr Sohn sind sehr nett! Wir empfehlen dieses Domizil sehr gerne weiter!

Mari Cruz no puede ser mejor.

El alojamiento es increíble, a un paseo del pueblo y de todo lo que se necesita para una estancia tranquila y de descanso. La limpieza de la casa y preocupación de Mari Cruz por sus huéspedes es inmejorable. Hemos estado genial y siguiendo las instrucciones precisas de Mari Cruz con respecto a las persianas no tuvimos ningún problema. Si le tengo que poner alguna pega y digamos que es un hablar por hablar diría la falta de aire acondicionado, pues en el piso primero de la casa hace bastante calor. Repetiría y se lo aconsejaría a conocidos sin ninguna duda. Un saludo para Mari Cruz. SILVIA

Bien pero problemas

En general la casa está muy bien pero hemos tenido problemas. Las persianas son viejas y según el propietario hemos roto una pero la verdad es que estaba subida y en la primera noche, al ir a bajarla, ya no bajó. El problema es que después de dejar la casa, nuestra sorpresa es que nos quieren cobrar el arreglo de esa persiana, 115€!! No estamos dispuestos a renovar las persianas de la casa...

Una gran estancia

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en el chalet y hemos estado fenomenal. La casa está muy bien equipada, las habitaciones amplias, una gran piscina...en general todo perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Excellent villa outside Valencia

This is a beautiful family house in immaculate condition and very clean. Nice comfortable beds and amazing garden with swimming pool . The location is about 30 mins outside Valencia centre and beaches - good motorway connection. The local train runs about every 30 minutes and station is just 100 Mars from villa. Locally there is a large commercial centre with shops and restaurants. Just 10 minutes in car. This is a home from home and everything you could ask from a holiday villa. Thank you

Super Finka mit guter Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt die Betten sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Der Empfang war direkt sehr freundlich und einladend. Die Anbindung nach Valencia mit der Bahn ist in Ordnung und gleich vor der Tür. Es gab nichts auszusetzen an dem Domizil. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Prachtige villa, prachtige tuin, héél rustige ligging en toch vlakbij Valencia (20 min met auto; 35 minuten met metro; metrohalte op 150m van het huis). Kortom, topvakantie !!

Grande maison très agréable pour des vacances entre amis

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison. Bien placé pour visiter Valences et la région. La maison ne possède pas de clim, les nuits sont parfois un peu chaude l’été.

Super Week

The house is located in a very calm area but close walking to the center. The house has all needed items to spend vacation there. We, and especially the kids, enjoyed very much the pool and the garden. Absolutely to recommend !!!
