Hébergement calme avec petite cours fermée a l’arrière et patio. Environnement calme, proche de la mer. A 4 minutes de l’Ile aux Papillons.

Maison idéalement située à l Épine et très agréable avec chambre parentale et sa SDB en RDC et les 2 autres chambres en haut. Plage de l Océan a 600 m, excellente boulangerie au bout de la rue. Pour louer des vélos à l Épine, s y prendre plus de 2 mois à l avance sinon à récupérer sur Noirmoutier. Base nautique au port du Morin ( Max Glisse) à 6 min en voiture pour cours cata ou optimiste pour les enfants. Nous ne connaissions pas l Épine, c est très chouette. Nous reviendrons !
