Separately, there is a very spacious bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and two deckchairs. No television. Parking on the property. One pet is allowed with the owner's consent. A cleaning fee of €87 is available. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:
