Haus hui, Ausstattung pfui

Wir kannten das Haus bereits von früheren Urlauben. Es ist wirklich sehr schön und großzügig, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem relativ strandnah und der eigene Pool ist Weltklasse. Leider lässt die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Haus bzw. zum Mietpreis. Billige Plastikstühle und -liegen, kaputte Auflagen und spärliche Küchenausstattung, um nur einiges zu nennen.

Fijne plek in L'Escala

Mooie villa, voorzien van alle gemakken, fijne tuin met zwembad en dat alles op loopafstand van de boulevard en het strand.

Conforme à la publicité qui en est faite. Extrêmement propre à l'arrivée. Quelques petits manquements (TV, parasol) très rapidement résolus par l'Agence. Excellent contact avec Unico Costa Brava. On recommande

Op loopafstand van de boulevard met zwembad

Op zich een mooi huis, dat volgens de advertentie voorzien is van alle gemakken, maar bij aankomst blijkt er wel het e.e.a. op te merken. - airco op slaapkamer begane grond heeft geen afstandbediening, waardoor deze niet werkt. Wanneer je dit reclameert, wordt er gezegd dat dit door de eigenaar niet is achtergelaten. - filters van het zwembad waren bij aankomst niet geleegd. - verlichting van het zwembad werken niet. - badkamers kunnen wel een nieuwe kitrand gebruiken. Dit is niet meer schoon te krijgen. - wasmachine geeft kortsluiting, als je het weet kun je er rekening mee houden. - boiler is verouderd. Na 1 keer douchen krijg je koud water. - batterijen niet aanwezig in de afstandsbediening van de TV, waardoor tv kijken onmogelijk is. Daarnaast hadden wij ons eigen beddengoed meegenomen. Dat is wel een aanrader, mits je onder dekens wenst te slapen. Bovengenoemde aanmerkingen zijn gemakkelijk op te lossen. Wij hebben ondanks bovengenoemde genoten van de omgeving van L'Escala.
