「For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.」

「Wir bekamen beim Roulette das El Paso. Schönes Familienhotel, sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, wie man es in einem Freizeitpark eben erwartet. Der Pool war riesig und man gelangt in ca 5-8 Minuten mit Kindern zu Fuß in den Park. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder. 」

「Très bien. Hôtel bien situé, en face d'un grand parking (6 euros les 24h, raisonnable donc), à 5 mins à pieds de la plage (qui est au bout de la rue), à 10/15mins du centre et des restaurants, pourvu d'un ascenseur et d'un personnel de sécurité à l'entrée. Piscine agréable et grand balcon !」

「Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.」

「Fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and furnished. Perfect for a short trip to the Priorat region. However, no amenities in the village so pre-arranging food plans etc is needed. However, the hotel were able to provide lovely snacks for dinner such as jamon, cheese and salad. There is a nice communal pool in the village worth a visit. Narrow streets if driving! 」

「Based on the mixed reviews I thought long before booking this hotel. However, very glad I did. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, basic but very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is basic but enjoyable. The terrace is very good - probably the high point. Staff were mixed, some lovely some a little more grumpy, but this is often the case anywhere you go. I took my Dad abroad for the first time in 40 years as we lost my Mom last year - so thanks to Hotel Planas for a great stay :)」

「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.」
