Stayed for a 4 night stay.No sunloungers in pool area just a concrete terrace. If you want to have a beth you have to hire bath towels @ 2€ per towel as these aren't provided .Not even a tea towel is provided Our induction hob was broken so we couldn't cook or even boil water for 3 days.I reported it every day and was just continally told it worked but it was lethal. The maintenance man was adamant it was fine then when He turned up and realized he couldn't get it to work and turn off, he disconnected it from the mains. 3 out of 4 days paid for an apartment I couldn't cook in and was forced to eat out.Beds are like army beds, just a steel frame with a thin mattress and a single sheet.It.Sofa bed settee the cover was frayed and tatty and there were no wine glasses or long glasses in the kitchen - it was basically equipped. No toaster, kettle or coffee machine.Possibly the worst apartment I have ever stayed in worldwide. The staff were lovely but overwhelmed with people complaining about other properties. This apartment was so dangerous - the hob could kill somebody as the wires are exposed under the broken glass but Rentalmar just didn't believe me or care.

Booked Zahara got Los Peces

They did it again. We booked the Zahara and when we arrived we were given a totally different apartment at Los Peces. Last time we got the Azahar. If we book the Zahara then we want the Zahara not a different block. Not sure how and why the system is breaking down and whether its hotels.com to blame or rentalmar but it needs sorting.
