Broken times for shuttle, only early morning or evening otherwise reserve which is not accessible! Room was clean, no bugs. "

After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. "
