“Olivier was possibly the most gracious host one could imagine. He provided some valuable suggestions based on my needs and every single suggestion worked out to give me the Parisian visit I had long dreamed of. The studio apartment is clean, charming and centrally located to a number of Metro lines. I was literally a 30 minute trip to everything in central Paris. I had two minor issues in my month long stay and Olivier was responsive and prompt in his communications.I cannot even begin to speak……

“Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. La résidence de vacances est calme, la piscine avec ses 3 bassins est très agréable. C'est une location que nous recommandons vivement. Une petite suggestion cependant : bien que nous soyons sur la côte Atlantique, que nous puissions dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, les jours de canicule un ventilateur dans les chambres devient indispensable.”

“Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist top und es war auch nicht zu laut. Die Immobilie jedoch ist eine Katastrophe, und wenn sie der Vermieterin gehört, sollte sie diese schleunigst zeitgemäß modernisieren. Wenn ihr nur das Appartment, das vermietet wird, gehört, sollte sie wenigstens diese auf den neuesten Stand bringen und nicht nur mit IKEA-Charme auisstatten. Der Boden ist uneben, die Elektrik von einem Amateur nachinstalliert, das Bad ohne funktionierenden Dunstabzug, am Waschtischspiegel (Schrank),……
