“Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable.”

“This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.”

“A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!”

After booking, we were notified the main pool was closed but received a follow-up email suggesting it would be fixed by our arrival. It wasn't. When we arrived on Sunday, we were told it would reopen Wednesday. It didn't, and the reopening date kept getting pushed back to Thursday, then Friday, then Monday. We never got to……

“I have been to grange lodge hotel for at least 5 years. The management & staff are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are of a good size and rooms cleaned daily which is fab. The location of the hotel is excellent as its a 10 min walk to st peterport. The food is very good & a decent price too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.”
