Housing complex built in 2018 with 4 apartments upstairs and a general food store on the ground floor.

With an area of more than 70 m2, classified 3⭐️ by the tourist office, air-conditioned, it consists of a large living room with convertible sofa, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave ... .)
two beautiful bedrooms (1 bed 180 and a bed 160). A large bathroom with double towel dry sink. To take advantage of our beautiful climate, a large terrace with sitting area, dining room overlooking the nature not overlooked.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, agréable

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans ce bel appartement qui est très spacieux et bien pensé pour 4 personnes. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La climatisation est très très appréciable et fonctionne très bien. La facilité de parking est très appréciable et le fait d'avoir le magasin d'alimentation en dessous est vraiment un plus tout comme les arrêts des navettes de bus qui sont à proximité. Un petit bémol, dommage que l'on entende les déplacements des transpalettes de l'entrepôt du magasin, à la mise en rayon du matin. Mais autrement, la famille recommande ce bel appartement dans ce très beau village. La

Ein toller entspannter Aufenthalt.

Es ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Apartment gewesen, den hatten wir ebenso genossen wie beim ersten Mal. Mit der Vermieterin verlief alles reibungslos und einwandfrei. Praktisches Appartment mit guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und funktional. Der große Balkon ist sehr praktisch und man hat einen schönen Blick aif den Villenhügel. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet bis auf das Küchengeräte und das Geschirr. Wer gerne kocht, sollte scharfe Messer mitbringen. Die Lage ist rühig, obwohl das Appartment im 1. OG eines Supermarkts ist. Allerdings kann der Lieferverkehr in der Nacht einen schonmal aufwecken.

Nice apartment!

We had a 2 week stay at Celine’s apartment and enjoyed it very much! Apartment was built in 2019 and almost new. It has 2 bedrooms (they are not large but have everything you need) and a very nice open space kitchen. Celine is a very friendly host, thank you very much! The apartment is in a building with a supermarket in the ground floor which was very convenient.

Tout était parfait dans cette location. Appartement neuf au calme, bien équipé, belle terrasse. Accès sans voiture à la plage grâce à la navette gratuite située au pied de la location. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve. Marie C.
