Perfect beach house with character and conveniences

We have stayed in many house rentals and this one hit all the marks. It was a beautiful private property with centrally located kitchen with all the necessities, gorgeous mexican tile throughout the interior and exterior, amazing gardens, and multiple indoor and outdoor places to relax. perfect for multi-family rental with each floor offering separate well equipped rooms (each room with bathroom, outdoor area, minikitchen, TV and sofa), and roofdeck. Having the additional pool house room offered a perfect communal area for everyone to hang out, cool off, while watching kids in the pool. The house has direct access to a beautiful well maintained beach with a palapa to watch from, amazing swimming and body surfing. The town of la cruz is quiet and a hot 10-15 minute walk from the house, with tourist-oriented markets on the weekends only, so worth noting that you would need to drive or taxi to Bucerias if you're looking for that. But the town has small groceries that are perfect if you like exploring and being slightly off (but not too off) the beaten path. The house is right next to a yacht club, so you can walk on the beach to grab lunch at the cafe right there. Overall was perfect for luxury while having culture and adventure. OF NOTE: there is a private elevator for the house.Our children were hopping in it which triggered it to freeze. they were stuck for 90 minutes. It was managed very well and everyone was safe, but it's important for guests to know and avoid this risk.

The Colibi House

This property is so beautiful and elegantly decorated. The owners have taken everthing into consideration. We even had a welcoming bottle of wine and a six pack of great beer. Muchas Gracias. Again it is the little things that count for us. Each room was well equipped and so very comfortable. The views are daunting and breathtaking. Will definitely return with family. This is the perfect get-away. Walking distance to La Cruz main placita in addition to a couple of miles of walking on the beach.. I cannot say enough about this wonderful location. Thank you for opening your home to strangers. Bendiciones
