Cosy studio in La Grande-Motte, quiet district by lake, golf course with parking

La Grande Motte is a seaside resort 20 minutes from Montpellier, lively in the summer with beautiful beaches, yet you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of nature in this Ponant residential neighborhood.
The 21 m² studio on the first floor is very close to the Ponant Golf course and at walking distance of the Ponant lake walk with its amenities (supermarket, several restaurants). It is a 20-minutes walk from the Point Zéro Beach. Numerous walks, cycling trails and the golf course (2 x 18-holes courses, 1 small 6-holes course). It will host three persons maximum.
Entrance with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and toilet. The main room has a double sofa bed, additional sleeping space (self-inflating mattress), table, and armchairs. A small, enclosed furnished terrace. This small, quiet, 4-story residence is easily accessible. Ideal for a relaxing moment for a couple in a pleasant neighborhood within a natural park. Sheets and towels are provided, as are kitchen appliances (microwave, coffee maker, etc.), and a washing machine is available.
The residence's private parking space is essential in summer, as parking is difficult and tolled everywhere in La Grande Motte. At the fixed rate, a extra fee of €20 per stay is requested for cleaning, linen and tourist tax.
