"The hotel is a beautiful old hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The problem I had was the first room they put me in was right next to the elevators. "The hotel is located at a prime location with wonderful bay view but everything inside the hotel feels dirty, certainly not a 4-5 stars hotel like I have requested on the Expedia web site.
