This was by far the worst experience of our trip. Dirty, smelly. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. Waffle batter empty. No fruit. A few yogurts and bread slices. ONE NAPKIN! Couldn’t find any staff even as I went to the front desk and said hello several times. No one answered. Rambunctious teens running the halls. Only saving grace was it calmed down for sleep. Don’t recommend and will never stay here again. If there was a negative star rating I’d use it here We booked here based on the excellent choice of Quality Inn in Raton, NM. No comparison

Outside was dirty. Needs updating. Halls smelled bad. Important parts of room were clean ex: bed, toilet, sink, shower, carpets. When entering room there is tile in the sink and bathroom area. It had not been swept and there were dead bugs underneath sink. I asked night manager if it could be cleaned due to us already bringing our stuff in. He happily brought a broom in snd swept for us. He apologized multiple times. The window unit ac needed to be cleaned inside it not sure what was in it.
