“The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer.
The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of……

“Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible.

“This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. ”

“Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings vermissten wir ein paar Teile in der Küchenausstattung: zweites Schneidbrett, Eierbecher, Flaschenöffner.
Wärmedämmung lässt auch bissl zu wünschen übrig. Wenn es draußen -10 Grad hat, schafft es der Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer kaum, das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zu heizen.
Gut wiederum war, dass wir kaum störende Geräusche von Nachbarn hörten, die Schalldämmung scheint gut zu sein. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren freundlich, der Brötchenservice ist top, die……
