Rancho New Nest Beach House Beachfront

Nest Beach House is a beautiful new private beachfront property with large green areas, swimming pool in Playa San Diego.
The space
Come and enjoy your own private beach at Nest Beach House. From the moment you walk in and see the beautiful ocean, you will be amazed at this gorgeous, resort like property.

Located in the exclusive Playa San Diego, we are about 30 minutes from the International Airport and 35 minutes from the capital city, San Salvador. 20 minutes from Tunco beach. 10 minutes from the property is the lively town of La Libertad, with numerous shops and fruit and vegetable markets. The highlight of Puerto La Libertad is the port (Malecón) with its seafood market, filled every day with fresh fish, shrimp, lobsters, crabs and squid (and many more). There's also a food court filled with seafood stalls and Sunset Park with rides, restaurants and special events on the weekends.

The house has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 social bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and large patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, other appliances, and utensils. If you like to cook outside, there is a barbecue grill available. and we also have a half bathroom if you need it.

The price is base on 10 guest, we can host up to 24 guest, but there is an extra charge for each additional guest, after the 10 guest,$15.00 each extra guest, each night. This extra charge of $15.00 can be paid cash at you arriving time.

There is a TV in the kitchen if you want to watch Netflix and other apps

there is a beautiful pool with its jacuzzi where you can appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean

We have a gazebo overlooking the ocean and 4 hammocks that can be hung next to the pool to relax.
