“The suites were perfect for my family of 5, it had three separate rooms & bathrooms, with a bunch of space and a kitchen. The area had everything you need, pool heated indoor and an outdoor pool. Gym, spa, restaurant. Straight path to the beach and a mall with a grocery store within walking distance. I mean a 3 minute walk not far at all. The manager was excellent and we should have talked to him the first day because he knew all the places to go. We will visit again and plan to get to……

“no bottled water, no refrigerator. no slipper, poor bed. I don't know how can it be a five star hotel”

“As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.”

“The staff was amazing from the receptionist Houssem to the chef concierge Adel and every single person was fantastic and super helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very well designed and decorated and situated in a great area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”
