The hotel is clean, and overall the stay was okay, but there were several issues: ​Limited Amenities: Water bottles were provided only on the first day, and the bathroom had nothing available except soap and towls. ​Air Conditioning Issue: The AC unit was very loud and noisy. We reported it to reception, and a technician came to inspect it, but the problem was never resolved. ​

The AC was broken dropping water in the room, very old hotel like the clock was stopped in the 90‘s, some of the staff were cool but some are terrible and ignorant, the hotel itself has a very good location in Grand Tunis near to la marsa and gammarth beach

Une mention particulière mérite d’être faite pour le personnel, qui se distingue par son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son sens du service. Chaque interaction a été marquée par la courtoisie, l’écoute et une réelle volonté de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle. Very Disappointing Stay at El Mouradi Gammarth! Our experience was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the woman at check-in was incredibly rude. Our suite was extremely hot and unclean. We ordered room service, and although the meal was good, multiple cockroaches began emerging around the mirrors. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The suite had two televisions, but only one worked. The 2nd remote had no batteries, and the bathroom's combined shampoo and body wash dispenser was completely empty. We requested another room but were moved next door to the room we had just left. We reluctantly stayed the night. At checkout, the same rude employee was present. No apology was offered, and nobody acknowledged the unacceptable room conditions. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, a security guard stopped us and we had to reenter the hotel over an allegedly uncharged candy bar. After all the issues we experienced, this was an insulting and disgraceful way to end our stay. The audacity to confront a guest over a candy bar while ignoring the hotel's own failures is unbelievable. Basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, courtesy, and professional customer service should be the bare minimum. Traveling abroad, we expected hospitality, not disrespect. El Mouradi Gammarth failed on multiple levels, and management showed no concern for our experience. I will share this review across multiple platforms to warn other travelers. Save your money and choose another hotel!
