「this would be a location where you just want to get a night's sleep. Cheap amenities, small TV with incomplete list of channel selections.」

「Room clean.」

「性价比高的酒店,旁边加油站方便加油和买饮料，距离市中心很近。早餐可以，前台员工很友善又愿意帮忙。推荐入住。」

「The rooms were very clean. Nice updates in the hallways. Ate dinner in the hotel it was very good. The breakfasts were very good. The only reason I gave four out of five stars is the big glass curio in the lobby. It had a beautiful harp in it but the cabinet nor the contents hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was heavily coated with dust. Couldn’t help but notice it while I was standing and waiting to check in. There was a pretty metal shelf with some cute items on it in the hallway on the...

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「We like the historic hotel vibe and its downtown location. An anchor like the Decker is vital for Main Street revitalization. We wished that the bar had been open on a Thursday evening, but the manager said the owner is working on leasing that operation. A lamp on both sides of the comfy bed would be most welcome.」

「It was a very nice experience. Would definitely go back.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

「Lovely person at front desk carried luggage up for us since no elevator.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」
