"Amazing service and experience "

"We stayed here during our trip to Disney and we could not be happier. The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. The shuttles for Disney from here are extremely cheap and were always on time, the drivers were also beyond welcoming -- one even gave our kid a pluto pin which he's worn every day since. We got a room with a king bed and it was a good enough size for the three of us. We were hoping the couch was a bit wider or turned into a sofa bed for out kid but the bed was a decent enough size. The pub has great food and 9/10 staff. A couple not so friendly servers but the one that served us the couple nights we ate there was great. The breakfast restaurant staff was incredible as well and the food was quite enjoyable too. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone going to Disney. "

"It was my first time in LA , i was a little acared at first . But it was ok . I found the hotel cozy and staff super friendly .there is this grand central market right around corner . About a 2 1/2 block walk . You won’t be disappointed lots of restaurants to choose from all in one place . Although I had a rental I took a bus cuz it was free to go to places around DTLA google maps tells where to catch bus near you and what time bus passes by . There is a Starbucks across the street and also a boba tea place right around corner . Sweet .. if I could give it a 10 I would would . "

"I liked how helpful the bellman was and the fast response from the valet parking guy. I would like to give a special thank you to cesar the valet parking guy and to jose the bellman,these two guys work there ass off and are differently good for the hotel!"

"It was an awesome stay! Loved that restaurants were right on the property. My kid feel asleep early, I went down with the stroller got food and went back up! So convenient. The walk to Disney is about 20 minutes. The water park was my kid's favorite. Definately will stay there again."
