“The pool and hot tub were great and definitely one of the better parts of the stay. Pool towels are available at the front desk, which was convenient. The hotel was also in a good location for food delivery and shopping — I ordered DoorDash groceries from Smith’s with no issues on the hotel’s end. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The first night, when I pulled back the covers, there were 💩stains on the sheets. I went down to the front desk, and the woman working was……

“Free parking so good on that. My husband had an issue checking in...room was in my name and my husband was checking in...had some difficulty with making the change to his name...he was at the property and had to call me to go online and make the change. I told check in that he was my husband and he was staying there but she said he could not check in unless I could get his name on the reservation...it was a very hard situation for a while...he had just driven 5 plus hours and was exhausted so……
