Dated and deteriorating room. Beds were decent and bedding was clean. Rest of the place was more dingy than dirty. Has a kitchen sink and stove. Sink only had a trickle of water. Stove looked like it had seen a lot. Shower head was funky. Easy walk to restaurants. Served our needs, which was a place to sleep on a road trip, but I wouldn’t bring my family there.

When I checked in the couple who runs it were very nice and polite. The rooms are small and quaint but clean. Some of the furniture was worn and dated but in my opinion that is common in some of these older motels. Bathrooms were clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave and I found the bed comfortable. As a single woman I felt safe. For the price point it was everything I needed for my quick stay in town.

The hotel and room were small but sufficient. The room was very clean, with a like new air conditioner/heater, carpet, bathroom fixtures and tile, and small refrigerator. The shower was refreshing, the shower head was adjustable and had nice hot water. The ice machine was easily accessible. The check in was easy, the manager was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable clean hotel.

Sign outside said "luxurious". It was far from it. Very dated and furnishings in pretty sad shape. Having said that, the room was small, clean and bed was comfortable. Good shower with lots of hot water.

We just needed a quick overnite stay and this Budget Inn was a fairly good value considering other places cost more. The staff was adequate, we had to wait a few minutes for someone to check us in but then it went well. The room was clean, WiFi worked well, water was hot, TV was a good size. Room was a little small but overall decor was nice. It's very close to the main street with a few dining options within walking distance or short drive.

Surprisingly Comfortable Stay

The hotel was as clean as it can be given the age and need of improvements. The property itself was litter free, the room was clean, despite its aging. The trim, walls, caulking, carpet, etc. are all far too old for the room to be considered "clean". However, the shower, sink, toilet were spotless. Everything worked, too. The carpet felt "clammy", but surprisingly enough, my feet and socks were not dirty walking on it. So the room was a clean as an aged room in need of renovation can be. The service desk employee was friendly and kind. The one other staff I met, cleaning, was very kind, too. The hotel is situated on the side of town away from the "main" shopping eating area. The bed was clean and very comfortable! The room smelled clean, too. There is a dorm sized refrigerator with small freezer, a microwave oven and full sized sink. The AC worked very well. I had it on 78 degrees, set on cool and low! The telephone is push button and there are no USB ports. I carry a small square palm sized two outlet/two USB port plug-in, so I was fine with charging up. I am familiar with Parker and it is tiny and quiet town. The motel was no exception. There were other people staying, but I heard no one. I ate at Chinese Garden for the first time, I highly recommend it, so delicious and friendly. It is in walking distance. There is a Walmart, very nice Safeway, CVS, Colorado River Nation Museum and several fast food, local places to eat and filling stations.

The room was neglected. Filthy - Disgusting Horrible. Would not ever stay in such a dirty stinky place. Hotel staff only would refund me half of the stay 3 minutes after we opened the door and almost gasped for fresh air. This place should be SHUT DOWN. Picture and description are a total HOAX of this property. They said expedia only sells queen size beds and if I wanted a king size it was almost double the price. Should be audited by expedia for actual evidence what you are selling on your site. SAD DAY!!!
