The home features 3 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room (perfect for kids or extra guests), and 3 full bathrooms. The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook like a local. Relax in the spacious living room, step out to your private patio, or head to the communal pool and BBQ area to enjoy La Paz sunshine. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TV included. The TV living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the accommodation to host up to 9 guests comfortably.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire villa plus all Santa Julia community amenities: communal swimming pool, BBQ grills, green areas, children's play zone, and 24/7 controlled security access. Parking available on premises.

You'll be minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the famous La Paz Malecón waterfront. The area offers a peaceful, safe environment while keeping you close to everything La Paz has to offer: whale watching tours, sea lion snorkeling, kiteboarding at El Mogote, and ferry connections to Mazatlán and Topolobampo.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located with easy access to the main boulevards of La Paz. Downtown is approximately 10–15 minutes by car. Ride-share apps like Uber and InDriver operate in the city. Car rental is recommended to explore the surrounding beaches and natural wonders of Baja California Sur.



Other Things to Note:

Water and power interruptions are a general issue throughout La Paz, not specific to this property, and are more common during the summer hurricane season, typically lasting 4-5 hours. These interruptions can also occur at other times of the year.

As your host, we monitor our water levels closely, and we have the option to send a water truck (pipa) if needed to keep the property supplied. To help us avoid running into these issues, we kindly ask that you use water consciously, turning it off when it's not needed. Recycled water is also an easy way to help conserve, both for us and for the environment.



The community has 24/7 security with controlled access. Please respect quiet hours after 10pm. No parties or events. Pets upon request. This is a residential neighborhood, we ask guests to be mindful of neighbors.
