This apartment is spread over two floors, offering plenty of room to accommodate your group. The house features a queen-size bed, king-size bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed in the bedrooms. Guest Access:

As a guest of the House, you will have access to all the amenities within the Colinas Complex, including the outdoor pool, one designated parking spot, and ocean views. Guests can also enjoy the Beach Club amenities, which include a tennis court, spa (open from 9 am to 6 pm), a pool, and the Blue Cortes Beach Club restaurant. The shuttle service to the Beach Club is available from 8 am to 8 pm, and it can be requested in advance.

The Colinas Complex is located in a prime area of La Paz, close to stunning beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Enjoy the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of La Paz, a destination known for its natural beauty and welcoming community. Enjoy Puerta Cortes' four excellent dining options, including Odayaka (Japanese cuisine), Taberna Española (Spanish and international dishes), Picnic (pizzas and salads), and Majagua (tacos).



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy, with convenient transportation options provided within the complex. You can take advantage of the shuttle service to and from the Beach Club. Taxis and rental cars are also readily available to explore nearby areas of La Paz, and the city center is just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

📌To complete the check-in process, it will be mandatory that prior to your arrival you send us a valid official ID for each of the people who will be staying at the property.

📌Starting November 1, 2025, access to Blue Cortes Beach Club will require a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per adult.

📌A golf cart can be rented for $100 USD per stay, subject to availability.

📌Daily cleaning service is available upon request for an additional $25 USD per day.

📌You must cover a security deposit of $500 usd which will be withheld from your credit card. This retention is fully refundable once it has been validated that the facilities are in the conditions in which they were reserved.
