「Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif. Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus : • Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours). • Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations. • Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées...

「The location is in the downtown of the town. You can walk around the downtown thtas has shops, coffee shops and regional restaurants not fancy but excelent food. The breakfast is across the hotel and you can take different authentic "paisa" food. The hotel cozy, not fancy but the staff is amazing. As el Retiro is small town there is no Uber, only taxi from airport to the town. Outsid ethe down town you can find nice and fancy restaurantes.」

「El servicio fue excelente y más alla, lo hico posible Luis mecero, Camila picina y sobre todo Don César jardinero con su amable trato, y su conocimiento en cultura, jardinera y el buen gusto de todos las flores lo cual es una de mis pasiones. Cesar nos prendió la fogata a pesar de la lluvia. Volvería mil veces más. Espero regresar con mi familia la próxima vez. Limpieza , servicio, comida , jardines, cuartos en fin si le estuviera que dar de 1 al 10 Daria 100000..... Gracias por su hospitalidad.」
