The Space:

A home in gated PGA West with a private pool and spa and open views of the fairway at sunset. The open living area has a sectional and a smart TV, with a dining table, breakfast bar and a separate bar nook for evening drinks.



The chef's kitchen is the centerpiece, with a Sub-Zero fridge, double ovens, a dishwasher, cookware and both Keurig and drip coffee.



Primary suite: King bed, smart TV, desk, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a twin bunk, smart TV and en-suite access.

Bathrooms: 3 full baths with towels and toiletries.

Laundry: Whirlpool washer and dryer, extra linens and pool towels.



Outside, there's a private pool and spa (5 to 6 feet deep), outdoor dining for 6, chaise lounges, a gas BBQ and fairway views.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, along with the private patio, pool and spa. PGA West is gated with 24/7 security. Check-in is self-serve with a smart lock.

Getting Around:

Major highways are a short drive away, and Uber and Lyft are easy to find. Local bus routes connect to key spots, and the neighborhood has bike-friendly paths and trails. There's parking for up to four vehicles, and HOA rules don't allow street parking.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa (5 to 6 feet deep) for the exclusive use of guests, with fairway sunset views. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool and spa share a heat pump, so they cannot be heated at the same time.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. PGA West is a residential gated community with 24/7 security, and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that the home is not suitable for infants under 2 years old.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
