This is an outstanding property at very reasonable rates! It looks and feels like the high end homes shown on Home and Garden TV. It’s very well maintained and both the owner and property manager communicate promptly and helpfully. Its location is marvelous - especially if you’re coming to Palm Springs to play golf at the world renowned PGA West courses. We plan to come back again next year!

Molly, the host was wonderful. She was continually in contact with me and gave me detailed information about the house before we arrived. Her property manager Renee, met us at the house and gave us a guided tour.The house was wonderful. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen was huge and well- stocked. They even had a milk former.We never had to buy any supplies— plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, etc. the pool area was beautiful and the spa had amazing jets.It was the perfect house for us and our kids and grandkids.

Wonderful!!

We stayed in Molly’s home for a long weekend celebrating my husbands birthday! The house is absolutely beautiful, very well stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful backyard area and views! We will definitely stay here again! Big shout out to Renee, the property manager. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great! Gorgeous, Elegant, and Comfortable

What a gorgeous and spacious place. Everyone had a private room and en-suite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and living room are open and welcoming, making it easy to gather. The patio and pool are relaxing with beautiful views and lots of seating. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place or for more gracious, friendly and easy to reach hosts & property manager. Absolutely wonderful stay, we had a marvelous time here and would feel lucky to stay again in the future.

Fabulous Home Away from Home

Our stay was the perfect week to enjoy some down time before our daughter’s wedding. The home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Very well stocked with all things needed to make for a relaxing stay whether you were eating in or out. The outdoor pool/patio area made for a great hang-out as well. Just a lovely home and working with Molly and her property manager, Renee, was so easy in making us feel right at home. Thank you Molly for sharing your home with us—it was perfect!

This is an amazing house. Yes, it's big. Yes it's luxurious. Yes it's in a great location. But it's so much more. The house is well appointed with big things (nice furniture, kitchen appliances, tubs, etc. ) and little things - hygiene needs, quality towels (ones for inside use and one of Spa/Pool use), games, kitchen supplies, etc. Renee, the manager, was awesome! She met us at the house and gave us a tour. She was always available for any questions or issues (not that we really had any). Molly (owner) was so easy to work with in scheduling this rental. She was very responsive, super friendly and accommodating. There were a total of six of us (came down for the La Quinta 70.3) and the house had PLENTY of room for us. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Molly and Renee for making this such a great stay!!!

Paradise!

A group of gals stayed at this beautiful home for 4 days. The house is gorgeous and so well equipped. We could have stayed for a month! Beautiful architecture, view of golf course, so many amenities! One word of caution: even though the house is 1 story, there are a lot of interior steps and no hand rails. Pool, spa and fire table make outdoor living so easy! We loved it!

Very nice property. The best part is that all the amenities were available and fully stocked including soap and many kitchen amenities including spices. Items that we didn't need to purchase Property was clean, spacious and well appointed. None of the bedrooms shared a wall so there's plenty of privacy. Everything was fully operable including all big screens. Pool area is inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and superb. Highly recommend!

This is the place

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Renee was there to greet us and to go over all the amenities the house had to offer. The rooms were big and comfortable, the kitchen was big as well and had all the extras you needed to make a quick lunch or dinner. Plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, etc... The pool and pool area was nice and clean with a number of lounges and chairs at your disposal. I would definitely recommend this house as place to rent. Besides being beautiful, the communication between the host(s) and I was quick and convenient.

Perfect place to relax

Having stayed in many of these types of rentals we appreciated how clean the inside of the house was. There were a couple of issues when we arrived and we were very pleased that both Renee and Molly were both easy to communicate with and VERY responsive. They worked with their people to get the issues resolved within 2 days. The home is quite spacious and has almost everything you will need. We visit PGA West every year and we would definitely stay here again; I think that is the best recommendation one can give.

Beautiful Home

Our group of golf buddy’s stayed at this beautiful home on PGA West 9th hole. Although the course was closed for renovations the home and our stay were great. The house had all the amenities you need, and then some. The host made sure the house was clean, stocked and ready for use. The checkin and out was easy with great instructions. Enjoyed the refreshing pool, hot tub, bbq and the kitchen for cooking. Bedrooms were renovated, large, and with upgraded bathrooms. No complaints whatsoever. If you want a place for friends or family you can’t go wrong with this home.

What a great house!

We had such a nice time in Palm Springs. We were attending a horse show at the Desert International Horse Park. The house was a short 15 minute drive and so convenient. If you're spending all day at DIHP, this is a great location. The house itself was amazing. Modern and so comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. The property manager was so kind and helpful with property information and even did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived. My favorite coffee and other snacks were waiting for us. We had a minor problem at one point so I reached out to the owner and she had it resolved immediately. We were so grateful. I can't wait to come back to Palm Springs and this property.

Awesome, just awesome.

This house was spectacular and very practical at the same time. There are what I would describe as 3 master suites, and another bedroom, which sleeps 2, which was perfect for our family. My daughter has a 17-month-old who was able to sleep in his own room just across the hall from his parents - perfect. He also loved the pool! Large wide open spaces made for a very pleasant stay, and we liked being able to watch the golfers tee off on the 9th hole of the Mountain course. There was a little mixup when checking in, but Molly was very responsive and made it right. She is very kind and easy to deal with. We all agreed that this is a property we would like to return to when we are back in the desert.

Desert Getaway

Check in and having Renee (Property Manager and friend of the owner Molly who lives in the neighborhood) greeting us when we arrived was nice touch to start our getaway. A pool issue initially but Molly was on top of it immediately and resolved it quickly...wasnt her fault but appreciate the quick communication and action to resolve the issue. The pool location for summer in the desert is perfect...late afternoon shade and ideal to lounge in the pool or pool side. The house is well equipped and definitly plenty of space inside to feel like one is vacationing at a resort. In fact, so large we didnt even use the formal dinig room or game room.
