「First i would like to thank Barbara and her husband for their hospitality, amazing people and very helpful.
The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift.

「We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.」

「Chambre propre, télévision, climatisation présente chambre propre. Tout est robotisée, déverrouillage de la porte etc. Juste le parking qui n’est pas très instinctif selon moi mais sinon rien à redire」

「"I spent 7 unforgettable days at Chalet Ciel de Lit with my family and I was left with wonderful memories. The location is absolutely special, offering a perfect mix between comfort and nature.
A big plus for the Altipik.ch team: they were extremely responsive and prompt. Whenever we had small requests or problems, they immediately intervened and kindly helped us, which made us feel truly welcome and safe.
