"The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches.The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs.The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge."

"The view alone, is worth the stay! The cleanliness, proximity of bars and restaurants and being steps from the beach are a mega bonus! Very clean and lovely decorated. Many extra amenities like beach chairs, cooler, folding chairs, and laundry, among others! Perfect stay!"

"After texting host that listing had a picture of pool and also listed it had a pool, he said it was closed for a year. Now he has picture off of listing and doesn’t have it in amenities. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open, needs repair. The bathroom tile is coming off the wall. The kitchen faucet is leaking terribly. The air conditioning is only for the bedroom, u have to leave slider and entry door open for breeze to blow through living room. Has ants .Water pressure was terrible. "

"My family and I were very happy with this true penthouse on the top floor of Sandy hills building. The unit was very nicely updated, had AC throughout, and had amazing views of the beach, town, and jungle. There was even a pack and play in the unit that the host let us use. The host, Elvis, was very helpful with any question we had. This rental is walking distance to many great restaurants. The pool was not operating during our stay but the ocean was very warm. We loved being able to walk outside our door for beautiful long beach walks. The best and consistently calm swimming beaches in Luquillo are probably a 6 minute drive away. On a calm day you can find good swimming within walking distance"
