Only thing with home is on second floor with 3 additional levels in home prepare for walking ,Will be back very soon !!"

"We had a fantastic experience at the Luquillo Beach Flat! From the start, our host Paola was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.The flat itself is beautiful and exactly as described — clean, spacious, and best of all, right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that view every day was unforgettable.The location is also perfect. You're just a short walk from great local restaurants, a food truck park/food court, bars, and unique specialty shops. Everything you need is close by, but the area still feels peaceful and relaxed.Overall, this was a great experience and a perfect beach escape. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing spot in Luquillo!"

"The apartment and area we were in were fantastic. You can walk to Luquillo Beach for some exercise, or drive there and arrive in less than 5 minutes. There is plenty of food in the area for you to choose from and a grocery store across the street.With that being said, we went to Amigo’s (grocery store) and purchased items to make breakfast daily. The best feature of this apartment is the fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to cook is there. I would definitely book this exact apartment the next time I go. We visit every 3-4 months. The host was extremely accommodating . Highly recommend. "

"The apartment was very clean and modern. The pool was nice, and the view of the ocean from the master bedroom was a nice touch. (We could see the sunrise without lifting our heads off the bed). There were lots of beach toys available for use (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc.). The beach right in front of the property had a lot of sargassum (seaweed) accumulated when we were there (probably seasonal), so it wasn't ideal for swimming, but the view was still very pretty, and walks along the beach are still great. And a 5 minute drive to Luquillo Beach took us to an amazing beach that was clean, free of seaweed, and gorgeous.It was great being so close to El Yunque National Park, where we did some great hikes; and to the bioluminescent bay.Overall, a wonderful stay. Communication and instructions were great, too."
