"Greta place to stay !"

"Pretty hotel and grounds, but LOUD. The voices and music just reverberate due to all the hard surfaces. Our room had the noisiest neighbors. One side allowed their screaming kids out on the balcony at 7AM each day waking us up. They would yell “Hi” down to the workers below. The other side had a family reunion every morning at 7:45 with LOUD voices. The hotel should have an adult-only side. The restaurants were very good, but pricey. The pool cabana price was grossly misrepresented to my friend. And the pools were cold. The beach was amazing and had complimentary chairs and umbrella. The Rain forest is so close. I recommend going more than once and take bug spray. It’s beautiful. The rooms included a small refrigerator, and the shower and bed were great! We saw a cabaret show at The Vault. It was good, but the drinks and appetizers were way too expensive. My husband played golf 4 times and liked it. My friend had a massage and said it was wonderful, but they kept trying to upsell her on add-ons. The resort fees were over $100 day and parking was $25 day. Would I go back? Maybe. It is very nice, but I felt a little too expensive for the value, but it’s also one of the best places to stay in PR. Just know you’ll pay for it. "

"The location is fantastic. Overlooking two pools with the beach just steps beyond. There is s walking path to the resort next door which not only leads to the beachfront bar but provides a great place for a walk or run. Ten minutes to multiple great local restaurants. Highly recommend. "
