“Very very clean. The ceiling fan didn’t work and neither did the futon. There was no ice readily available. You had to make the old way with ice cube trays. ( picky I know)”

“Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful……

“We stayed in July when temps were 90 degrees. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with hot humid air. We assumed the cleaners had just left because the floors were wet from mopping. It was so humid in the apartment it took 2 hours for the floors to dry. We thought maybe they had just turned on the A/C and it would cool off soon enough. An hour later when the temp in the apartment went up instead of down I contacted the host. We let them know that the A/C wasn’t working. They said they would……

“My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”
