A very nice house in a very nice and quiet hammock, close to major places to visit and a nice little village at walking distance with good restaurant. The house is very well equipped, the gardens nice and quiet and the jacuzzi also.

A delightful relaxing time, the Gite is very well equipped, wonderfully quirky and positioned in a quiet road outside the town! The owner Pascal and his wife were very friendly and accommodating and having the use of the Jaccuzi a great bonus! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 10/10

De ontvangst was hartelijk en de eigenaren waren zeer behulpzaam.Het huisje authentiek en gezellig maar minder geschikt voor mensen langer dan 1.80 gezien de lage entree en de balken in de keuken. Douche was prima in orde, uitrusting van de keuken was zeer compleet. Prettig dat er wasmachine aanwezig is. Het internet (zowel de wifi als mobile internet) is onstabiel dus niet geschikt voor intensief gebruik. De locatie is een ideaal vertrekpunt voor veel toeristische attracties in de regio. Handig is om voldoende boodschappen in huis te hebben gezien er geen winkels op loopafstand zijn en gezien de afgelegen ligging je ook geen gebruik kunt maken maaltijd bezorgdiensten. Parkeren is ideaal.

Super gîte !

Une adresse à recommander vivement. Idéal pour famille avec 2 adolescents. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Position centrale pour visiter de nombreux sites (Dinan, Saint malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale....). A recommander les yeux fermés... Et petite cerise sur le gâteau : le spa en pleine nature génial après une journée de visites 😉

Le gîte est très bien équipé,l'endroit est calme et tranquille les plages un peu loin au niveau du gîte il manque une place de parking car il n'est pas toujours simple de garer son véhicule. Le propriétaire est discret et sympa nous avons passé un excellent séjour la région est sympa mais il y a trop de choses à visiter...

Gîte très mignon

Les propriétaires sont très sympas et acceuillant. Un magnifique chemin cyclable tout proche vous emmènera le long de la Rance jusqu'à Dinan. Situé entre St Malo, Dinan et Dinard. Le SPA est bien agréable après une journée de visite ou de vélo bien remplie.

Location agréable, calme. Jacuzzi super agréable après une bonne journée de visite. Sur le site il n'est pas notifié que le jacuzzi est dans le jardin des propriétaires. Point négatif il y a une porte dans la chambre qui mène chez les propriétaires et fort désagréable quand il y a une personne qui rentre et que tu es au lit. Propriétaires sympas et à l'écoute. Charmant gîte à deux pas de la Rance

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte cosy, situé à quelques minutes à pied des bords de Rance... Cette petite maison sur 3 étages est très bien aménagée et parfaite pour un séjour au calme. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de souplesse et est resté à notre écoute tout le long de notre séjour. Cerise sur le gâteau, le jacuzzi au fond du jardin était parfait pour se détendre après une bonne journée de balade ! Encore merci à Pascal pour son accueil.

Situation géographique parfaite

Le propriétaire est très gentil mais peu présent. Il a mis 2 jours a répondre aux mails ou sms et les draps n’étaient pas présents lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils ont été déposé devant un peu plus tard, donc un peu déçues que les lits ne soient pas fait à notre arrivée comme d’habitude dans d’autres gîtes. Il faut savoir aussi que le terrain est commun avec celui des propriétaires avec une simple haie qui sépare donc un peu compliqué pour le chien qui sort le soir faire ses besoins sans avoir peur qu’il fasse devant chez eux. Il faut savoir aussi que le jacuzzi est sur leur partie de terrain devant chez eux, donc aucune intimité et non stipulé dans l’annonce. Encore un point faible, très peu de prises et aucune multi prise, mais le propriétaire nous en a prêté 2. Dernier problème, le premier soir lorsque nous avons voulu déplier le canapé lit, il était cassé et notre fils a dormi avec le matelas au niveau de la tête qui remontait, un adulte ne peut pas dormir dedans, matelas très fin et une fois déplié on ne peu plus passer de l’autre côté, donc à 2 pas de possibilité de passer en pleine nuit, et le propriétaire n’est venu que 2 jours après pour voir le canapé cassé. Hormis tous ces points négatifs ce gîte nous a quand même plu, mais il y a des ponts que nous aurions voulus connaître avant. Point très positif la situation géographique du gite est parfaite pour les visites de Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, le mont St Michel, Cancale, etc... plus juste à côté de vraies randonnées très agréables. Pour moi gîte fait pour un couple sans enfant ou sans problème de mobilité car escalier très biscornus.
