「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」

A huge thank you for the completely unexpected birthday cake surprise—it was a truly lovely touch! The only minor area for improvement is the pillows, which lacked sufficient support. Overall, a fantastic experience.」
