“Such a nice place to stay”

“Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?”

“This hotel had very friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful and informative. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was very convenient.”

“Ich hatte das Glück übers Wochenende noch ein Doppelzimmer in dem schönen Hotel zu ergattern. Die Lage ist super! Fußläufig ist das Krankenhaus, die malerische Innenstadt sowie der Staffelsee zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Tag begann mit einem sehr reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück auch hier fehlte es an nichts. Rührei, Spiegelei, etc. wurde Individuell frisch zubereitet.……

“Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things……
