"晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。 服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。"

"Chambre et hôtel super bien je vais y retourner, petit bémol ils ne font pas la chambre tous les jours alors s’il nous manquent quelques choses faut aller demander mais nous remets les objets sans problème. "Great location at a great price. The property is older with no elevators, but this was all part of the charm of staying in Vieux Quebec. Staff was very responsive with any questions.
