Get ready to experience a cozy and comfortable stay in our newly renovated studio, which is centrally located in the heart of the Lake's Region. Our studio is the perfect place to stay while you explore all that the area has to offer. Just a short drive away from Weirs Beach, 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain, and 10 minutes from the Bank of NH Pavilion, our studio provides the perfect location to enjoy all the activities and attractions that the region has to offer.

As you unwind in our studio, you'll enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and the lake. Relax next to our newly built pool, or grill up some delicious food with your family at one of the BBQ pits on the lawn. If you're feeling active, you can get in a quick workout at the gym or play some basketball on the new court. The kids will love spending time in the game room, while you take a break to read a book from the library.

Our studio is designed to provide you with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find one queen bed, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, A/C, full bathroom, and Kitchenette. We provide all linens for your convenience, and there are vending machines on the lower level in the laundry room.

Finally, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building.
