Beautiful hotel in the heart of HCMC. Close to everything you need including tourist attractions.

The room was very clean and cleverly organized. All of the staff from the door people to the cleaning personnel to the front desk and restaurant servers were so friendly, patient and ready to help when needed: ie Excellent customer service. They made us feel valuable as special guests at the hotel. The AC worked perfectly fine. Did not go to the bar so no comments. We will stay there again for sure. Drs Vo and Huynh

The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly, which is pretty standard for most hotels in Vietnam. The main reason we returned to this hotel was its location—just about six blocks from Bến Thành Market. However, make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower products because the ones provided were very low quality, with almost no bubbles and barely any scent. Breakfast was free but had very limited selections. We booked a Junior Suite for $156 a night, and the front desk gave us two drink vouchers. When we tried to use them at the restaurant, the waitress told us they only covered sodas, and none of the other drinks on the menu were included. It made us feel a bit cheap. We weren’t asking for anything free, but with such strict limitations, it would have been better if they didn’t offer the vouchers at all. For $156 a night, there are definitely better options in the same area.
