Good location to square and golf courses

House was in great condition, good location for short golf cart rides to rec centers, golf courses and Spanish Springs square. Pool in backyard was great but no privacy just bushes, no cable TV here only streaming services. Master bedroom and bathroom are amazing but some other areas need upgrading. Kitchen newer and well stocked for renters. Having golf cart use much appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic vacation. House had everything you needed. Pool wasn’t heated, wished it had a solar cover so it warm up. Very good communication with rental company. Would definitely rent again.

ok but a bit dissapointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beware the pool is tiny. It's way smaller than it appears in the images and it is not heated. We paid extra for a pool house and couldn't even get in as it was too cold.The golf cart was not full of gas and the battery was dead on arrival. Property manager did come and put a charger on it but we couldn't use it until the second day. The AC quit working and took 2 days to fix. We didn't feel we could leave the house while 3 strangers replaced the entire system so lost a half of a day waiting for them to finish. We could hear them talking about how disgruntled they were which somewhat confirmed our distrust.The house and location are pretty good. I would like to see a toaster instead of a toaster oven which is challenging to actually make toast.
