「Vi havde 4 fantastiske nætter her. Boede i den kombinerer familie room med kæmpenpool på 12 meter💪. Personalet var så flinke og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden der var incl. var en vælg selv udefra en liste med mange gode muligheder. Vi kunne få alt hvad vi kunne spise. Aftensmaden i samme resturent var også lækker og til fornuftige priser. Vi lejede en scooter med sidevogn hvor hele familien kunne være via hotellet. 」

「The environment is really nice. We stay in the beach front villa, and it’s really comfortable and quiet. However we don’t like the food by the Thai restaurant, it’s too sweet for us. The room is quite big, but not clean enough because I saw dust on the Corners. I am also wondering if they wash the cushions every time.」

「Such a lovely stay! So much help and assistance from Nina. Location is also great, only 10mins from the pier, right next to a 7-11 and laudrymat with moped renting facilities just down stairs. Room was large, clean with a balcony, AC and all essentials provided. Overall, was definately value for money and much better than other accomodation offered where my friends stayed.」

「酒店离机场45分钟车程，整个酒店安静漂亮，特别大的床，睡起来有些奇怪的感觉，因为太长了，是两张大床连在一起，但总体还舒服，餐饮海鲜餐厅很好吃，泰餐也可以，早餐不错，风景非常漂亮，海水一般，没有沙滩，有礁石，风景如画。」

「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊」

「Just as the comments below mentioned, hotel staff are really really helpful and sweet, especially Justin and the staff who work in Sea Breeze, the hotel restaurant. We stayed in the Element for 3 nights, seeking for some relaxation and the hotel didn't disappoint me! We went swimming in the pool and visited the gym room almost everyday!
