Situated in the Arts and Market District of downtown Lafayette, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath, unique, modern apartment is newly renovated and hosts an open concept with extremely high ceilings and a beautiful accent wall. Apartment is located directly in the Heart of Downtown Lafayette, just minutes from Chauncey Village District on Purdue University's campus, Ross-Ade Stadium, and Mackey Arena. This is truly a prime location for a Lafayette, IN/Purdue University visit.

We had a great stay! Location, location, LOCATION… Close to Purdue, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Two Tulips boutique is directly across the street for great shopping. We recommend Digby’s for live music, Theime & Wagner Brewery, and Sunrise Cafe for breakfast. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bedding was soft and the towels were fluffy. Great communication with the host. My questions were answered fast and effectively. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!

Best location

We loved the place! My husband and I usually stay in west Lafayette to visit our son at Purdue but found this much more enjoyable. We could walk to all the restaurants. The place was great and the host was very responsive. My only suggestion is a couple more pillows

Great place to stay in Lafayette!

We loved our stay at this Apartment while we were visiting our son in Lafayette!! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the host communication was excellent!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Lafayette area and we plan to stay there again! ;0)

Great Location

Cool little vibe, like that it overlooks main street. Quiet area, except for the coffee house below likes to play music early morning while getting ready to open for just a short time. Didn’t bother us, just a part of being downtown. Love that it has a parking spot and easy to access. The living area/kitchen would benefit with more lighting. The bath and bedroom lighting was great. If staying for week as we did, may want to ask for more bath linens. We only had 3 sets. They do provide detergent so we were able to wash them. Overall, it’s a nice little place.
