Girls Weekend

My best friends and I really enjoyed our weekend stay a you beautiful home. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch. So relaxing watching the animals in the pasture . There are so many positive things to say about this place but unfortunately there was just one thing that kinda of threw us off. We didn’t realize the house had a shared carport with another house and didn’t realize there would be people there . Other than that we had an amazing weekend and plan on doing this again and hopefully will be able to rent your place again. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope we left it the way it was found .

Peaceful, warm and comfy

After being canceled on last minute by another host, I contacted Mrs. Jodie early the next morning and was replied to almost immediately. After giving her my situation, she had no problem accommodating the dates I had requested. The home she has is absolutely wonderful. It gave me that nostalgic feeling of my great grandparents house that I didn’t know I missed as much as I did until I stayed there. Aside from introducing myself, I never bumped into Mrs. Jodie. She made it very clear that if I needed anything, all I need to do was ask. And I honestly had everything I needed as the place was. Quiet, peaceful, warm and comfortable are the best ways to describe my experience there. Couldn’t have asked for more after getting married the weekend of. Would stay there 100x over.

Love this quaint home, very spacious and Miss Jodie was very accommodating to our needs

Our daughter got married at Le Barn Rouge two homes down from this home. It was so convenient for us to stay there for the weekend. I would highly recommend this home for your stay when in the Lafayette area.

Spacious, clean and convenient.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this property. We found the property to be spacious, clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable which is a must. We were able to bring our 3 dogs who enjoyed the stay as much as we did. It was easy and quick to get to local spots like the University of Lafayette, restaurants and shopping. There are several beautiful churches nearby as well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

perfect for our wedding

This cute little find was great for my bridesmaids and I to spend the night at before the wedding day at Le Barn Rouge. It was so cute and also made for great pictures the day of. Not to mention, how convenient it was for my husband and I to just walk right over after the reception!
