The space
The studio is adjacent to a larger home with a long-term resident. This studio has its private driveway, covered parking, entrance, bathroom, laundry and all. Basically, nothing is shared but a common wall! Smaller space, well appointed and well planned out. We think it's the best option for an affordable spot for a single guest or couple with amazing access to dining, entertainment, cultural and tourist destinations.
