“Our stay was wonderful. The location was very rural which made it very quiet and peaceful. The view from the screened area in the rear of the river was relaxing (and bug free). Glasses and plates were plentiful. Short on eating utensils. Just grab some plastic with a carryout meals. The pictures of the inside and outside was exact. Very clean and well maintained. “This house is fabulous, from the grounds to the pool to the furnishings. It easily accommodated 11 of us (we also rented the cottage) and was, surprisingly, very quiet. It is an older house, but has been beautifully updated. Bathroom counter space was a challenge and some of the tubs (claw foot) required stepping up, but there is a walk in shower in the master so it was all good. The location was perfect as we took several day trips and were able to get right on the interstate or local……

“This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. ”

“Beautiful tiny house, perfect for a solo guest : clean, furnished and decorated with care and taste, well located.The only improvement I could suggest would be to replace the old AC unit with a new generation unit that is much quieter.”

“Amazing stay!! My family and I did not want to leave! This house was soo clean and the king bed mattress was soooo comfortable! The house was beautifully decorated and just felt like home! They provided some snacks and drinks and the kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. We forgot shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they supplied all of that! They were very helpful and answered us fast when we had any questions. We cannot wait to stay again when we come back to Broussard! ”
