“Home was exactly as advertised. Close to many attractions. Owner was very easy to reach and very accommodating. Will stay here again when in area!”

“This was the perfect place to catch up with family and relax. All the feels of home away from home. Nice clean neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!”

“Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great.”

“Cool to be so high up, it snowed in May :)”

“My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,……

“The property is well layed out. We were a group of 7 (grandparents with adult children and adult grandchildren). The host was responsive to our concerns. The kitchen was very well stocked, on site laundry was great.”

“The house is great. The only reason I booked the place was because of a picture stating there was a creek running through the property grounds. I didn't need this much space and literally booked it for that one reason so it was super disappointing when that was not accurate and it was not even close.”

“The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.”

“Everything was fantastic. It was great to have 2 living spaces so our teenage boys could have a space of their own to hang out. Close to everything we wanted to do while in the area. I’d definitely recommend and stay again!”

“This is a fantastic property! This pictures don't do it justice. The inside is bigger than it looks in the pics. We didn't notice the mention of a game room and there wasn't a pic so that was a nice surprise that we really enjoyed. My dog loved the expansive yard that wraps the property. Ken is an excellent host. Very responsive and quick to correct any minor issues we had. Would definitely stay again!”

“Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater……
