This charming renovated farmhouse for 4 people offers plenty of privacy and has beautiful views to the surrounding fields and the Atlantic Ocean. Before the house is a covered terrace where it is gorgeous. You can sunbathe at the nice big pool. ?In quinta vermelha its ideal combination of luxury and country life, the opportunity to discover the "real" and yet Algarve beach, entertainment and great shopping opportunities nearby.
The quinta vermelha has an authentic charm and is located very quiet, you can hear the birds singing each morning. The villa is comfortable and tastefully decorated to create an optimal home feeling.
Quinta Vermelha is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. All necessary appliances, central heating and air conditioning are available, making it ideal for longer stays in the winter
Outside there is a cozy covered patio overlooking the garden and the valley, in the distance you also have sea views.
In the garden with some lovely old olive trees there is a very large pool of 18 x 3 meters with a wooden deck surrounding it and a cozy place to sunbathe on a double daybed. There is also an outdoor shower.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. There are also a number of books, games and movies to use during your stay. The whole house has central heating making it ideal for longer stays in the winter. The pool can be heated with a heat pump. In summer, the air conditioning in every room for cooling.
The kitchen with rural look is equipped with a Smeg gas cooker with oven. There is also a microwave oven with grill and all other kitchen utensils such as coffee maker, kettle and blender. The villa has a separate utility room with washer and dryer and large fridge freezer.
Downstairs is a further double bedroom with excellent bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower.
Through a staircase you come to the mezzanine where two single beds are for children (not really suitable for small children because of the stairs).

Upon arrival you will be met at the cottage by Gerard who gives you a tour and explains everything. There is also a folder with lots of information about the area. He also tells you where the nearest store or supermarket.
The beds are made and clean towels are provided. We ask for it myself to provide beach towels.
