Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff was exceptional and very lovely to us. There are several beaches within walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I would recommend this resort and we will definitely be returning for another trip.

Amazing place to stay!

The view from balcony sea view very nice! Room spacious! The grounds where fantastic! Pool, view, lots of lounge chairs by the pool, pool bar! Buffet breakfast, very good and staff amazing! Walking distance to beach! On right tunnel through to a another beach! Incredible! Boat ride to caves! Unreal!

I really enjoyed my stay - the view of the ocean & cliffs was stunning. The reception desk staff was excellent - very friendly & helpful. I did find the bed mattress dry firm - I personally prefer a softer cozier mattress. The smoking on the other decks - both cigarettes & marijuana was annoying as I would need to move inside (I know - no fault of the hotel). Overall I had a great visit!

Posizione molto bella e vista dalla camera e dal giardino della piscina eccezionale. Un paio di cose che migliorerei: 1. Pagamenti in piscina e delle bevande a cena da addebitare solo sulla camera molto scomodo Pagare sempre e dover portare soldi in piscina 2. Cena buona ma ma migliorare qualità dolci e gelati. Nel complesso molto bello ne vale la pena e la vista sulla chiesa e scogliera eccezionale. Uber comodissimo per spostamenti.

Hôtel disposant d’un très bon emplacement géographique. En revanche, établissement vieillissant : piscine dont le fond se craque, pas d’ustensiles dans les kitchenettes de chambre, lit gignogne pas très stable, pas de Parking (il y a peu de place). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais pour un 4 étoiles certains points seraient à óptimiser.

Localização incrível

O principal atrativo do hotel é a localização em cima das rochas, com uma vista espetacular. Tudo que se espera das paisagens do Algarve. Fácil acesso à praia da Rocha, onde há um restaurante agradável para comer peixes e frutos do mar na beira da praia. Há mais alguns restaurantes e bares próximos que atendem bem. O quarto bem amplo, é com varanda com vista. Café da manhã muito bom. Não espere muitos serviços e infra estrutura de resort. Talvez por ainda ser inverno, os serviços não estavam totalmente disponíveis. Mas voltaria pela localização e atendimento.

To positives; Nice grounds, I was there in winter so place was relatively dead, not many restaurants open etc. But it was nice to walk to 2 beaches very close buy. Nice morning buffett THe negative: This is supposed to be a non smoking in the rooms hotel(not sure how well this was enforced) but apparently allowed to smoke on balconies. If I had known that I probably wouldn't; have stayed there. My room had not been smoked in but the ventilation system would bring smoke into the room from apparently adjacent rooms.I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke so I requested a room change that was granted so that was nice. But haviing to deal with the smoke temporarily was definitely a negative for me.

O Hotel é bom, com um muito bom pequeno-almoço e uma paisagem deslumbrante mas o pé de Aquiles é sem dúvida o pavimento dentro dos quartos e fora deles. Um pavimento muito mal colocado que põe em risco a fixação das sanitas bidés e outros. No quarto 510 o bidé estava totalmente solto e a sanita quando eu me sentava ela levantava atrás, quando me levantava a sanita inclinava-se outra vez para trás. Num maravilhoso pequeno-almoço só foi pena pensar que estava na Índia ou Paquistão e não no Algarve. A limpeza do chão é feita com tanta água e não seca de seguida como outros profissionais fazem. Lavar com muita água não fica limpa só é bom para os trabalhadores não terem dores de costas. No check out a menina disse-me que a questão do chão é como noutros hotéis, com esta resposta esta menina não sabe o que são hotéis no mundo!! Quando cheguei pedi com garagem mas a menina disse-me logo que tinha que assinar um termo de responsabilidade como me responsabilizava por tudo que pudesse acontecer ao veículo e meus pertences dentro dele. Quiz me cobrar 10 euros por dia sem ter o mínimo de segurança. Qualquer pessoa estranha tem acesso às garagens. Alguns empregados à noite só se concentravam com telemóveis e não prestaram atenção ao trabalho, eu tive um problema com o bidé que estava solto como já descrevi só que o empregado prestou mais atenção ao telemóvel do que ao reporte do problema por minha parte. Poderia ser muito melhor a minha estadia.

De volta a um local maravilhoso!

O resort está localizado num lugar privilegiado e muito bonito. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem variado. Chegamos tarde: viagem cansativa e os atendentes deram 2 fichas erradas para preenchermos, acertaram na terceira. No segundo dia peci um sache de chá e me responderam que os saches de chá e café só era dados no checkin, não deixaram nem uma garrafa de água mineral. Não havia um prato, talher ou copo na copa e a louca deveria ser lavada mas nem deixavam detergente. Houve festa de casamento no resort com musica ao vivo que foi até quase 23h e as conversas e gritarias se estenderam até bem mais tarde, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e a recepcionista disse que a manutenção já tinha ido embora. Já havíamos nos hospedados neste resort porque o lugar é maravilhoso, mas as instalações encontram-se pouco antigas. O ofurô parou de funcionar e tinha uma barata morta na beira da piscina interna.

Wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer von unserem Balkon aus. Der Service war perfekt. Sogar mit einem extra Kuchenüberraschung aufs Zimmer für unser Geburtstagskind. Vielen Dank dafür!! Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
